Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? MaxFixin is a direct manufacturer with our own factory, specializing in OCA cover glass production. We also supply other Apple original used phone parts sourced through reliable channels. By dealing directly with us, you eliminate middleman markups and get factory-direct pricing.
Q: Where is your factory located? Our factory is located in 7th Floor, No. 8 Jinye Industrial Zone, Guiyue Road, Guanlan Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, China — at the heart of the global electronics supply chain. This strategic location allows us to maintain competitive pricing, fast production turnaround, and efficient logistics.
Q: Can I visit your factory? Yes, absolutely. We welcome wholesale customers and repair business owners to visit our facility. Please contact our sales team to schedule a visit.
Q: How long have you been in the phone parts business? 13 years of experience in the mobile phone parts industry, with specialized expertise in OCA cover glass manufacturing and Apple-compatible replacement parts.


Section 2: Products & Quality

Q: What kind of OCA glass do you sell?

We currently have 4 types of iPhone OCA glass available:

1.⁠ ⁠Standard glass + Mitsubishi OCA （150um）
2. Standard glass + Wrinkle-free OCA (150um)
3.⁠ ⁠Polished edge glass + Wrinkle-free OCA (150um)
4.⁠ ⁠Polished edge glass + Original OCA (90/100um)

Glass details:
① Standard glass: The black border is 0.2 mm wider, matching the dimensions of glass commonly found on the market.  
② Polished edge glass: 1:1 identical to the original glass.

OCA details:
① Mitsubishi OCA:  
Our most basic OCA option. MaxFixin glass with this OCA meets the needs of most repair shops.
② Wrinkle-free OCA:  
Better than Mitsubishi OCA. MaxFixin glass with this OCA passes low-power UV light testing and eliminates wrinkles and imprint issues after lamination.
③ Original OCA:  
Our premium option, featuring original OCA. MaxFixin glass with this OCA passes UV light testing, prevents wrinkles and imprint issues after lamination, and can also be removed with a laser machine if needed. Suitable for buyers with high quality requirements for refurbished phones.
Q: What types of Apple original parts do you supply? We supply a wide range of genuine and premium-grade Apple-compatible parts, including original OCA cover glass, screens, Touch, cameras, charging ports, flex cables, frames for various iPhone models. Contact us for a complete catalog.
Q: How do you guarantee product quality? Every product undergoes rigorous pre-shipment inspection 3 times at least.
Q: What are the quality grades of your screen?

We currently have 2 types of iPhone Original Screens available:

1.⁠ ⁠iPhone Original Screen only – with some slight scratches on the glass.
(Suitable for buyers with repair skills who can replace the glass themselves.)

2.⁠ ⁠iPhone Original Screen only – with the glass replaced.
(Suitable for buyers who can't replace the glass themselves.)

Notice:

① Both screen types are available in unmoved IC and moved IC versions. Buyers can choose according to their needs.

② Quality differences between 3A and 5A:
(3A): Very slight shade/shadow/burn-in on the upper right corner (battery & signal area) and home button area. Almost invisible, only detectable with the naked eye.
(5A): No shade, shadow, or burn-in at all.

③ Buyers can request Samsung version only for an additional charge. If no specific version is requested, the order will be randomly assigned either a Samsung or LG version.

④ Buyers can pay an extra fee for the sensor flex cable.

⑤ Buyers can pay an extra fee for a 100% diagnosable screen service for models above iPhone 15 (meaning the screen will have no ID-related issues).
Q: Do your screens come with compatibility guarantees for specific iPhone models?

After-Sales Policy

Display: Within 3 months from the date of manufacture, if there are any display issues before installation, returns for refund or replacement will be accepted.

Touch: Within 6 months from the date of manufacture, regardless of whether it has been installed or not, if there are any issues with touch function, returns for refund or replacement will be accepted.


Section 3: Order & Wholesale

Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)? MOQ varies by product. For OCA cover glass manufactured in-house, we offer flexible MOQs starting from 50 pieces for first-time buyers. For original parts, MOQ depends on the specific model and availability. Contact us for a custom quote — we’re happy to work with both small and large wholesale buyers.
Q: Can I order samples before placing a bulk order? Yes, sample orders are welcome. We recommend ordering samples to evaluate the quality firsthand. 
Q: What is the typical lead time for a wholesale order?

For OCA cover glass in-stock items: 3–5 days.

For original Apple parts sourced from our channels: 5–10 days on average. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
Q: Do you serve only B2B customers, or do you also sell to individual consumers? MaxFixin is a B2B wholesaler focused on serving repair shops, distributors, and wholesale buyers. We do not sell retail to individual consumers. If you‘re a business buyer, we welcome you to contact us for wholesale pricing.
Q: How do I place a wholesale order? Step 1: Contact our sales team via email or live chat with your product list and quantities. Step 2: We’ll send you a proforma invoice with pricing and shipping options. Step 3: Complete payment. Step 4: We prepare and ship your order with tracking information.
Q: Do you offer private labeling or custom packaging? Yes. For wholesale customers, we can provide private labeling and custom packaging on qualifying orders. Please discuss your branding requirements with our sales team.


Section 4: Shipping & Payment

Q: What shipping methods do you offer? We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS. For larger volume orders, we prefer that the buyers have their own shipping way or freight forwarder partner in China.
Q: How long does shipping take? Express shipping (DHL/FedEx): 7-10 business days to most countries. 
Q: Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please contact us to confirm if we ship to your specific region.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept WeChat Pay and Alipay. In addition, we have a Hong Kong account that can receive USD and EUR. Please note that if buyers choose PayPal, they will need to cover the 5% commission fee.
Q: Do you offer delivery to my freight forwarder? Yes, we can ship directly to your nominated freight forwarder. Please provide their contact details and shipping instructions at the time of order.
